How long have you been using Knowledge Connection for your training needs?
Since July 2010, we have been using Knowledge Connection for our training events.

What factors made you choose us?
The factors for choosing Knowledge Connection are basically their accessibility and convenience.
Knowledge Connection provides great service levels and we really like their equipments and facilities. 
Their equipments and facilities are very well-maintained, hence are in great working conditions.

What do you like most about working with us?
We like the KC staff the most. Staff namely Christian, Beng Heng and Pei Yun.
Their services extended to us are excellent. Moreover, they are very helpful, responsive, and patient towards us.
There was one occasion whereby the duration of our lesson had exceeded 15 minutes, they did not complain
but instead they waited for us patiently. They even greeted us with their great smile and politeness.
This is something that we are looking for and we really appreciate that.

If you were to recommend Knowledge Connection, how would you describe the way we provided service to you?
The KC staff are very responsive, helpful and their facilities are great.In terms of location,
Suntec City is a very convenient, centralised and optimal spot. Last but not least,
the free beverages provided by them are wonderful as well!

How long have you been using Knowledge Connection for your training needs?
Optionetics has been using Knowledge Connection since 2005, it was still when KC was located at Harbour Front.
We continued to extend our support to them at their Suntec City mall branch.

What factors made you choose us?
The main factor I believe is the supporting staff. The staff in KC gives us a warm feeling like home.
They are so friendly and polite, which gives us the urge of coming back.

What do you like most about working with us?
We like their flexibility and customization the most.The flexibility they provide in the arrangements
of tables and chairs and also on their efficiency in resolving unforeseen problems.

how would you describe the way we provided service to you?
The staff are willing to provide their listening ears for us. They listen to the needs of their customers,
as well as the ability to manage and solve unexpected changes in customers’ requirements.
